Purchase conditions
The license is valid for one store, whatever the number of the stations used. This license will enable you to use Winoptics to its full extent with no time limitation.
It is up to you to extend the support package for an annual fee (more details on prices below).
Support and maintenance
The support package includes an email and telephone assistance in case you experience problems, but also allows you to download with no limitation all software updates
as well as the suppliers' catalogs. More generally it gives you a complete and free access to all WinOptics resources.
Renewing the support package is not required. WinOptics will continue to work well whatever the version you are using, with no time limitation and no restriction. However, support and maintenance will enable you to download new features, keep your supplier prices catalogs updated, and obtain assistance in case you experience a technical problem.
The validity date of your support period will always be indicated in your personal page.
How to renew the support package
You can renew your support package at any time. The new package will automatically extend your current support period by one year (or more, depending on your choice), or it will start on the current day if your support package has already expired.
For example if you benefit from the support package until 11/15/2008 and you renew your package today for a new period of one year, your extended period will expire on 11/15/2009.
